THE BUILDING MUST BE DESIGNED FOR LOADING IN OUR AREA. OUR OWN ENGINEER WILL SIGN AND STAMP THE DRAWINGS BUT WE WILL REQUIRE: FULL DETAILED DRAWINGS, FACTORY ENGINEERING CERTIFICATIONS, AND MATERIAL CERTICICATIONS.

• All drawing dimentions shoudl be imperial (Ft, In, lbf, etc

• 60 ft wide x 150ft deep x 20ft tall.

• Loading:

  • Roof: 7psf for snow loading, 15psf for dead load, 15psf live load

  • Wind = 121mph

  • mezzanine = 104psf dead and 42live

• Welding should be called out to AWS D1.1

• Each bay should be 25’ wide (6 bays total)

• Roof and walls are White Metal all trim is matching white

• Structural Framing and mezzanine is Black

• Please quote a 10ft tall mezzanine (No walls) that will go in the front of the building 60ft wide and 1 bay deep (25’)

• Gable roof 15:1

• 150mm PU panels on roof and 50mm PU panels on walls

• There are 12 windows that are 3ft x 6ft on the front of the building frames shouls be black

• There are 5 garage door openings that are 16’ x 16’ we will be providing our own doors (just make opening)

• There is 1 10ft wide x 8’8” tall opening that will have a double door and glass surround (leave it as an opening - we will provide this ourselves.)

• There are 3 man doors that are 2’11” x 6’11” tall. (Please include Solid white steel doors.)
